the sun and carbon snake experiment

Today in Inquiry we were learning about the sun and a random thingy started to pop out of  The Experiment. We used icing sugar, baking soda and alcohol and a tray. We made a round circle in the sand like a hill. Whaea Liz set it on fire. It was an experiment of  the sun and it was very fun do it. It was similar to the sun because, the sugar burnt giving out energy, the gases pushed out giving heat and flames.
